Adding a new work role relationship with a person.

1. Click on Set up relationship.

Click the Set up relationship button near the top center of the page.

2. Complete required information.

A. First select the Relationship Context from the drop down list, i.e. "This person reports to me"  or "I report to this person".

B. Next enter all information in the required fields. (Note: If you selected "I report to this person" you will need to enter Your Work Role Title in the appropriate field.)

C. Select the applicable Work Role Category from the drop down list.

D. If you feel you can thoughtfully and honestly give your QR perspective with this reporting relationship, leave the drop down field as is and proceed to step E.

    If you do not feel you can thoughtfully and honestly give your QR perspective with this relationship, next to QR Perspective, select "Create QR Snapshot later".

E. Click Next

3. If you selected Create QR Snapshot now, enter Ratings and Create Snapshot.

If you selected "Create QR Snapshot now", enter your ratings as thoughtfully and honestly as you can, then click Create Snapshot.

Note: If you selected "Create QR Snapshot later, you can close out your browser.

Once you click "Create Snapshot", your results will be displayed and an email will be sent to the other party requesting their response. Return to your rpDashboard at a later time to view consummated QR Snapshot.
